DIN EN ISO 9001
DIN EN ISO 9001 specifies the minimum requirements for a quality management (QM) system. It defines which requirements an organisation has to comply with in order to be able to supply products and services that meet customer expectations, as well as any official requirements. In addition, a management system should be subject to a continuous improvement process. This means that all processes in a company are examined in order to ascertain possibilities for continuous improvement.
